Custom Product Policy
Most products sold on our website are custom-made and built to customer specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, custom steering wheels are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
This includes:
- Custom carbon fiber selections
- Alcantara or leather choices
- Stitching color selections
- LED display upgrades
- Heated steering wheel options
- Personalized configurations
Please ensure all vehicle information and customization details are correct before submitting your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production preparation may begin and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, exchange, or partial/full refund where applicable.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may only be accepted for eligible non-custom items and must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Return request must be approved before shipping the item back
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items depending on product condition and availability. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering.
If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs and any price differences between products.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping fees, transaction fees, and custom production costs may be non-refundable.
Installation Responsibility
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all steering wheels and automotive components. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or compatibility errors provided by the customer.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
